How long can I keep my holiday home on site?
There is no age limit or time limit as to how long you can stay on the park.

Can I sublet my holiday home?
You cannot sublet commercially on the park but your family and friends are welcome to use the holiday home.

 

Is there any security on the park?
Yes we have a dedicated security team who can deal with most problems and are always on hand to help out.

 

What does the average first time buyer spend on a holiday home?
Our holiday homes range from £14,995 - £90,000 so you can decide what is the right budget for you.

 

Do I have to buy my holiday home outright?
No, we can provide finance packages and personalised quotations for you. We deal with Black Horse & Barclays Partner Finanace. Just ask for details.
